This initiative seeks to prioritize federal resources for “left-behind communities,” encompassing areas facing economic hardship, undergoing industrial transitions, or rebuilding from natural disasters – including Tribal lands. The order promotes a whole-of-government approach to economic development, ensuring these communities have streamlined access to federal assistance and support.
